4c Executive is honoured to have built such a strong relationship with the NOW Group over the years. Since our inception we have been retained to fill a number of business-critical roles for the NOW Group, including a Director of Business Development.

Diane Hill was appointed to this role and took on responsibility for growing the social enterprise side of the business.  The NOW Group currently runs four cafes under the Loaf brand and is the organisation behind the very successful JAM Card initiative.  Diane’s responsibility also includes oversight of their Gauge Impact research business.

The NOW Group’s demonstrable commitment to staff development at all levels is evident by Diane taking on an enhanced portfolio. From the start of September Diane has resumed responsibility for HR and Quality functions for the NOW Group.
