4c Executive and 7twenty are excited to be offering a great opportunity for a Lead Researcher to join our team; an experienced and driven team of specialist executive and senior level recruiters.

A vital role within our business the Lead Researcher will be responsible for supporting the delivery of key client projects including targeted and focused candidate identification, market insights and research reports and salary benchmarking for some of the most senior leadership and niche roles across the NI business landscape, often with a global reach.

The role holder will be exceptionally focused on delivering a high-quality service, with an inquisitive mind and tenacious nature the individual will also be adept at managing concurrent projects.

Utilising primary and desktop research the Lead Researcher will have significant experience in a market research or investigative role including utilising a range of research methods to cross reference and validate data. Experience within a recruitment or executive search is not an essential requirement.
