4c is very encouraged that 39.3% of the roles that we have filled have come from repeat business, with 60.7% of our roles coming from new clients. This reinforces the fact that, in spite of our specialism in executive level positions, our excellent service and unique method allows us to build a lasting and mutually beneficial relationship with our clients.

Due to our research-driven approach, 4c is not restricted by any geographical boundaries and, as such, we are immensely proud of the fact that we have attracted talented expats back to Northern Ireland that have been identified by our researchers. Likewise, we have been able to approach individuals from across the globe that have no previous link to NI, and have had success in attracting them to our region for niche and senior roles, most recently from Columbia, Canada and Singapore.
