Gary Irvine, a Fellow of the Institute of Professional Recruiters, is an experienced recruiter and business owner. He is the founder/owner of 4c Executive Search and 7Twenty Professional Search in Belfast, NI’s leading search firms.

Gary is also a director in software company SeeMeHired.com (SMH) a cloud based ATS / all-in-one end-to-end hiring solution. www.seemehired.com.

Gary was also the founder and CEO of Diamond Recruitment Group (DRG) for 25 years (now owned by Staffline plc), Northern Ireland’s largest recruitment agency business. Established in 1989, Diamond Recruitment placed well over 2,500 people in temporary employment every day and hundreds every year in permanent employment, making it a top 20 employer in NI. The firm specialised in recruitment, HR services and managed workforce solutions.

Additionally, Gary is a former Chairman of the REC UK, the trade association for the UK £40bn+ recruitment industry and a past member of Vistage. He was also a former Chairman of The NOW Group, a leading charity in NI caring for those with autism and learning difficulties.
