Claire Reid
As Head of Delivery at 4c Claire oversees the delivery of all client assignments, from inception through to completion, by leading and supporting the wider delivery team in the execution of their duties.
Claire has the responsibility for ensuring that all assignments are professionally serviced and successfully delivered to the exceptionally high standard for which 4c has become renowned.
She plays a pivotal role in developing and managing 4c’s business strategy, whilst also acting as a figurehead for the business in Northern Ireland.
With over 16 years’ experience in the recruitment industry, Claire is an exceptionally strong leader and manager, with a broad range of industry-leading skills also spanning HR and project management.
Claire holds a Masters degree in HR, a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management, a Diploma in Management of Training and Development, and is CIPD qualified. Further to this, she is a member of the REC UK and is qualified as an Occupational and Psychometric Test Administrator.
