As Lead Researcher at 4C Executive Placement, Gideon is responsible for overseeing and driving the entire candidate research process for the business. He acts as a key partner to the search consultants across all assignments, contributing to both the search strategy and delivery of role assignments. Gideon also provides oversight and direction to all 4C’s many external researchers, coordinating and managing their execution of assignments across the UK and Ireland.
