As CEO, Gary’s role is multifaceted, encompassing strategic leadership, business development, operational oversight and client relationship management, all focused on driving the firm’s success in placing top talent.

Gary Irvine, a Fellow of the Institute of Professional Recruiters, is an experienced executive recruiter and business owner. He is the founder/owner of 4C Executive Placement, a UK and Ireland leading search firm.

Prior to establishing 4C, Gary was also the founder and CEO of Diamond Recruitment Group (DRG) for 25 years , Northern Ireland’s largest recruitment agency business. Established in 1989, Diamond Recruitment placed well over 2,500 people in temporary employment every day and hundreds every year in permanent employment, making it a top 20 employer in NI. The firm specialised in recruitment, HR services and managed workforce solutions.

Gary is also a co-founder director in software company SeeMeHired.com (SMH) a cloud based ATS / all-in-one end-to-end new employee hiring and onboarding solution.

As Managing Director of 4C Executive Placement, Claire leads a high-performing team renowned for delivering exceptional executive search and talent solutions across the Private, Public, and Not-for-Profit sectors. Under her leadership, 4C continues to uphold its reputation for excellence, strategic insight, and client-focused service. Claire also oversees the delivery of all client assignments, from inception through to completion, by leading and supporting the wider delivery team in the execution of their duties.

With over 20 years’ experience in the recruitment industry, Claire takes responsibility for ensuring that all assignments are professionally serviced and successfully delivered to the exceptionally high standard for which 4C has become renowned.

She plays a pivotal role in developing and managing 4C’s business strategy, whilst also acting as a figurehead for the business in Northern Ireland.

As Senior Search Consultant, Pedro joined 4C Executive in 2022 and has since led a broad range of senior executive placement projects, placing senior leaders across Finance, Operations, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Logistics and Human Resources. Originally from Brazil, Pedro has made Northern Ireland his home for over a decade, bringing a global outlook and a genuine passion for connecting people with opportunities.

He is known for his professionalism, warmth, and detailed knowledge of every project he takes on. Working closely with clients and candidates alike, guiding them through each stage of the recruitment journey to ensure an outstanding experience and exceptional results. Building relationships, understanding people, and delivering at the highest standard is what drives Pedro every day.

As Search Consultant at 4C, Michael brings nearly eight years of recruitment experience across global and high-growth organisations. His background spans both in-house and outsourced talent acquisition, giving him a well-rounded perspective on what makes successful hiring strategies tick.

Michael holds an HNC in Business Administration and Management and is known for his pragmatic, people-first approach to recruitment. His ability to build strong relationships with both clients and candidates makes him a trusted partner throughout every 4C assignment.
