With over 8 years recruitment experience and expertise, Richard leads our middle-management division, 7twenty Professional Search. Having spent over 4 years in the firm as a senior consultant, he has recently been appointed as Head of Search in January 2024 and is responsible for managing the 7twenty team, overseeing the delivery of a range of client projects.
